Terms and Conditions for the use of MOON CARAVAN * Only persons with dedicated MOON CARAVAN parking tickets and campsite tickets will be permitted use of the area. * Please note that entrance and exit times for vehicles will be restricted to certain times. MOON CARAVAN parking tickets for those who miss the determined entrance time will be considered invalid and the ticket holder will not be permitted use of the area. Alternate parking will not be available so please plan accordingly when purchasing. ★Ticket holders must be present at 9:00AM on Thursday July 28th to enter the area. Exiting the area will begin at 11:00AM on Monday August 1st. ※Please note that once vehicles enter the area, they will not be permitted to exit until the above designated time. * Use of one 6mx6m section will be allowed for one MOON CARAVAN parking ticket. This space can be used to park your vehicle and use of a tent, etc. Vehicles and or tents, etc., must not protrude from the allotted section. * ● Please note that use of vehicles longer then 6m will not be permitted. Be sure to check the length of your vehicle in advance. Application solely for the use of the auto camping area, “MOON CARAVAN”, is not permitted. BBQ area, flush toilets, shower facilities and food stalls will be available on site. (Some facilities may have time restrictions and or charge for use.) * The festival organizers and venue is not responsible for items lost or stolen on site. * Use of open fire is not permitted on site. * Please be sure to turn your vehicle’s engine off when parked.
Rules and Regulations for the use of MOON CARAVAN
■Regarding wristbands and admission to the festival.
Be sure to exchange tickets once your vehicle is parked on Thursday July 28th. After entering MOON CARAVAN with your vehicle, proceed immediately to the admissions tent located in the area to exchange tickets (entrance ticket, area camping ticket) for all members of your party for wristbands. These wristbands will be dedicated MOON CARAVAN wristbands and festival goers without these will not be permitted use of the area.
Members of your party who will be arriving at a later time will be permitted use of the area. (Vehicles that arrive late will not be permitted entrance to the area.) Those who arrive at a later time should follow the below instructions to gain entrance to the area.
* Exchange ticket at the “Wristband Exchange” located outside the festival. * Exchange of these wristbands into MOON CARAVAN late arrival wristbands will be accepted at the following times: Between 6:00PM and 11:00PM on Thursday July 28th Between 9:00AM and 10:00PM from Friday July 19th to Sunday July 30th * Late arrivals to MOON CARAVAN must walk through the festival to the area so entrance times will be limited to normal festival entrance times. (Please note that it is quite a long distance from the festival entrance to the MOON CARAVAN area.) * Those who will arrival late should have their tickets to the festival with them as opposed to someone in the group (who will arrive earlier). Please note that under no circumstances will persons without the actual tickets be permitted entrance to the festival.
■Entrance to the festival grounds
The “MOON CARAVAN” area is located outside of the festival grounds. Upon entrance to the MOON CARAVAN area, entrance into and out of the festival will be on foot. Entrance to the festival from MOON CARAVAN will be limited to the end of each day’s program. ＊Entrance back into the MOON CARAVAN area from the festival grounds will be limited to 30 minutes after the end of each day’s program.
